• Sewer Rates  -  RTMA does not have a metered system everyone pays a quarterly flat rate of $147.00 per EDU even if the property is unoccupied.
•  Billing and Due Dates –   January -due by 1/31, April -due by 4/30, July due by 7/31 and October -due by 10/31. Statement charges are for the previous quarter usage
• Payment methods/ fees -   We accept Checks, Money Orders payment from your banks bill pay service. Online payments accepted through MuniciPAY. MuniciPAY does charge a fee for this service

Selling your house

 A sewer inspection is required prior to your settlement. You or your realtor must contact Ryan Swope 717-880-5738 for a final sewer inspection no later than 1 week prior to settlement.

You or your settlement company must contact this office 1 week prior to your settlement for final bill.
